Pool Rules and Regulations
Hours of Operation - 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (may be open until 10 p.m. on Friday & Saturday). The pool will normally be open from Memorial Day weekend through September.
1. Security, when on duty, shall be in charge of the pool area and shall have the authority to enforce all rules.
2. Pool usage is restricted to Shiloh Falls Residents, Property Owners and their Guests.
3. All persons using the swimming pool do so at their own risk. Parents are responsible for safe guarding their children when using the pool.
No lifeguard will be on duty and the Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association assumes no responsibility for any illness, accident, or injury suffered by any person in or around the pool.
4. All guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring resident/property owner while using the pool facilities, except for guests visiting "overnight" in a Shiloh Falls resident's home. The homeowner must advise Security that the Shiloh Falls overnight visitor (name & date) will be unaccompanied at the pool.
5. No children under the age of eleven (11) will be allowed into the pool area without being accompanied by an adult.
6. Children of diaper age are not allowed in the pool. No infant under three (3) years of age will be permitted in the pool water unless accompanied by an adult.
7. An adult must accompany all children under three (3) years of age to the restroom.
8. Only proper swimming attire will be allowed in the pool. No cut off jeans or other non-hemmed clothing is allowed in the pool.
9. Absolutely no gum or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Beverages may be consumed in the pool area from plastic, metal or unbreakable containers only.
10. No running, pushing, ball throwing, Frisbee tossing or horseplay will be tolerated in the pool area.
11. Rafts, inner tubes, or any other such devices may be allowed in the pool, subject to the number of people in the pool at that particular time.
12. Use of pool furniture as a diving platform is absolutely prohibited.
13. Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.
14. No pets, bicycles, strollers, or carriages will be allowed in the pool area.
15. Pool gates must be closed at all times.
16. Radios shall be maintained at a level of volume, which does not disturb others.
17. Excessive noise is prohibited.
18. Absolutely no profanity of any kind is tolerated.
19. Smoking is prohibited in the pool and pool area.
20. All trash must be placed in waste containers by owners/residents and guests prior to leaving the pool area.
21. Private Pool parties are prohibited unless approved in advance by the SFHA Board of Directors.
Any violations of the above rules may result in revocation of pool privileges.
